St Petersburg Auto Repair

After stopping at two places that were too busy to install a tricky headlight, I stopped by JB Import. Ryan, the service manager immediately came out for what I thought was an assessment. Instead, he actually somehow managed to finagle the bulb in quickly without taking out the airbox, the light, or the fender as the other shops suggested was needed. The other two shops were either dishonest in their assessment, or at best, incompetent. I feel that I can trust JB to handle my future repairs in the same way; competent and honest. Next time I'll come here first.

First time there, and very pleased. One of the few places that will work on a Corvair. Had a very pleasant experience with whole crew and Jeff. He fixed the auto transmission so it shifts correctly, and stopped a hard to find oil leak on the engine. He worked on the erratic idle, and suggests my problem is with a Clark's rebuilt carb. I plan on taking it off and sending it to this carb guy up near Jacksonville that he praises for his expertise. Will see how that works out. .

I was sent to JB Import by Mercedes-Benz shop owner . I had my 2002 530i BMW at two different shops before I was sent to JB's . JB's was able to figure out why the brake lights still keep on even though the other shops keep selling me new parts . JB's was able to get things taken care of within the time frame they promised. They shopped the parts and gave me 2 different choices in a prince range. They even went through my after market warranty to see if it was covered. They helped me get the car sold because they were the only ones who let me know my warranty could be transfered . That meant a lot to the new buyer. I have sent 5 friends to JB's an all of them have now switched to JB's Jim Dell

JB Imports is the best automotive repair facility in the state of Florida. In 14 years of owning my older early model Rolls Royce, JB Import is the only qualified expert I have found that is capable of doing the necessary work effectively and in a timely manner. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else except JB Imports and working with them makes me want to keep my vehicle indefinitely because I know that I have them to rely on. My car is now able to be driven which has not happened in 20 years and certainly since I have owned it... This shop is helping to make real dreams come true! Take a deep breath and relax, you have finally found the experts that you have been looking for.

Thanks to a good referral source, I found JB Import Automotive Repair. What a lucky day. My car was not getting quality mechanical preventative work it should have at the dealership. I was driving a considerable distance for the scheduled work and was bumped to come back another day. At JB Import they were kind enough to provide a ride for me (and fortunately it is not as far away from my home), have a very personable staff who could not have done more and today, I am enjoying driving my car so much more! There is not enough good things that I can say about this establishment. They go out of their way to be helpful. a BIG THANK YOU to Mike and Ryan. I've had a Saab now for a almost 2 years and very few people can work on them and know what they're doing. I've tried multiple shops and people have done okay but there's something about this place, they really know what's going on. Service was quick Ryan at the front desk is more than nice and probably one of the nicest shops I've step foot in. Another bonus is I had my AC fixed, fixed the problem with my check engine, and my synthetic oil change. Since the service was over $100 I had found a $50 off a $100 service. They didn't even hesitate to let me use it. All in all the place is great they also let you know everything that is good on your car, things that need to be looked at and also things that need to be fixed know. They perform an over service Check on the car. Place is staffed with seasoned veterans and while your there check out the classic they have in the shop, there quite something. Two thumbs up for JB Imports!

True Customer Service !!!! We Needed an A/C hose repaired for one of our company trucks. I checked around and 1 name was given to me for the repair by other shops, JB Import Automotive Repair. I went to their shop unannounced and was greeted by a Tech named Riley and the Service Manager Tracy. Riley immediately took off with the hose & said he would repair it while I waited. Tracy took my info and asked if I need any thing to drink while I wait. A few minutes later the hose was completed, to include painting of the components that need to be reused. The Bill was more than fair and the Service was Outstanding. They will have our work from now on, Thank You, from Elvis Towing & Transport and KnowTow Motorcycle Towing & Transport. Great Job !!!!!
