I had a horrible experience. I took my Mercedes e500 in to fix my passenger side airbag warning light on. They changed me 250$ And did nothing. Then one guy told me my trunk is leaking. I have never had a leak for the whole time I've had the vehicle. Only thing I can think of is they left my trunk open while it rained. Then the office guy called me and wanted more work on my car for 1400$. I said let's fix the problem that I came in for first. I left with no resolve and will not go back so they can rape me for more money. I suggest you do not go to these people. I will contact the better business bureau and file a complaint.
Hey Tim, This is the manager, Ryan, responding to you here as I have not been able to catch you on the phone here in the last few days. I must say I was quite surprised to see your review here, but I am sorry to hear your experience was negative. I'd like to take a moment to explain the situation here, at least from our side, and then I'd like to see what we can do to help you. First of all you came in to have your Airbag light diagnosed which you signed for the diagnostic charge. Then once we had our codes sorted on the vehicle we called with an estimate for $415 to remove your seat, clean up the airbag seat sensors connectors and re-calibrate your seat sensors. Since this didn't end up fixing your issue, I made you up an estimate for the Mercedes part that is/was needed, and then told you I would work on an aftermarket option to put an emulator in, to save you some money. After quoting you and having you verbally approve $415 I then cut your bill down to $239 since our repair was not the final repair the seat needs. The guy you speak about from the office was me(Ryan), and the $1,400 of additional work you speak about above is what you and I spoke about when you brought the car in that day. Your instrument cluster reads it is due for a Service that I quoted you on, as we spoke about, and your vehicle is at 91,000 miles which is when spark plugs are due for replacement on this vehicle and engine combination which I also quoted you on. Please consider contacting us directly to see how we can help you. Myself, and the owners - Jeff and Mike, would be more than willing to give you some time to speak about this.
