I can only tout JB's praise. I went in as a customer and left as a family member. The genuine and professionally expert help I have received goes beyond description. GREAT technicians and personal service one usually only wishes to encounter.

Friendly service, knowledgeable staff. I always feel taken care of when I go in for service. Provides straightforward estimates and stellar results. They are not the cheapest, but the quality is felt under the hood and driving down street.

This establishment deserves more than 5 stars! I recently called to schedule an appointment on a late Friday afternoon and the mgr took the time to speak with me & go in detail about the possible problems my BMW was having. We scheduled a time on Monday morning to meet and go over what work was actually needed on the vehicle. I was contacted within an hour to explain (in detail) the work that needed to be done and why it was necessary. Ryan displayed & conveyed true professionalism, honesty with the customer, and a wealth of knowledge. I recommend his business to anyone in the St.Pete/Tampa area and thank him and his employees for the great work they continue to do.

We have been going to J&B since 2004 and always have a good experience. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend them to all my friends with foreign cars. I really appreciate that they call if they find something they think may need attention an discuss the pros and cons and quote a price before proceeding with the work. They will also give you a ride when you drop off your car if needed!
