Amazing Service! Above & Beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I have ALWAYS gotten my car serviced at the dealership and often felt I was being taken advantage of. Recently my car wouldn't start and I was nervous to bring it somewhere that wasn't the dealership, but knew I had to try something new. Ryan walked me through EVERY little detail, and explained things multiple times when I didn't understand the terminology. I feel like I got more of a value than I paid for! They even threw in the new customer coupon without me asking. Julie was amazing and kept me calm in a stressful time. She was even willing to stay late to receive my towed car. Everyone is willing to go out of their way to help. I have never been so impressed.

The staff at JB are very professional and completed a thorough check up of my Porsche Boxter and determined that the issue was a minor case of a can of soda that was causing the hollow sound . They have integrity and are honest in their assessment. I highly recommend for your car repairs.

These folks are like family to me! The expert service department always go the extra step to ensure their clients are eduated on the best options for necessary repairs, and they will prioritize the necessary vs the optional (future) repairs. My Volvo XC 70 thinks they are the best too.
